To cancel your Ripl subscription on the mobile app, tap the three lines in the upper left-hand corner, select Account Settings, then Manage Subscription.
On Ripl for web, select My Account at the top of your screen. This should take you to where you purchased Ripl so you can cancel the subscription. You can also click on this link to manage your subscription. If that page doesn't load, please follow the steps below to cancel, depending on how you subscribed to Ripl.
Subscribed through Apple:
From your device's home page, open iOS Settings
Tap iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID, and View Apple ID (if prompted, enter your password)
Tap Subscriptions
Tap Ripl and turn off your monthly or yearly renewal option
Something to keep in mind: Due to the way Apple manages subscriptions, we're not able to cancel the subscription and/or issue a refund from our side in case you're subscribed through App Store.

Subscribed through Google:
Go to play.google.com
In the left menu, click My Subscriptions
Find Ripl, click Cancel Subscription

Subscribed through Ripl website:
- Go to https://app.ripl.com
- If prompted, sign in with Facebook
- Click the Ripl menu, then Manage Subscription
- Cancel Subscription
Your subscription will end when the current subscription period expires. Once your subscription ends, you will no longer be able to share or download your creations or create anything new in Ripl unless you choose to re-subscribe. Anything saved to your phone or shared on social media will remain.
Please note: it is highly recommended that you cancel the automatic renewal not less than 24 hours prior to your renewal date to ensure you are not getting charged. If you still got charged, please reach out to feedback@ripl.com for assistance!
