Why isn't my Facebook Page showing up in Ripl?

First, please be sure you are the Admin of any Facebook Pages you want to connect. Because of how Facebook permissions work, we can only publish on your behalf to Pages that you are the Admin of. 


Ripl needs permission from Facebook to manage your Pages. To correct this, please follow the instructions below. 


Mobile: 
  1. Open your Facebook app.
  2. Tap on your profile photo with three lines on it at the top of your screen.
  3. Scrolls down to Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
  4. This should lead to a new window. 
  5. Under Permissions, select Apps and websites as well as Business Integrations, and remove Ripl from both.

Computer: 
  1. Go to www.facebook.com and make sure you're logged into the account that is connected to Ripl.
  2. Click on the down arrow at the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Select Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
  4. On the left-hand menu, click Business Integrations and remove Ripl.
  5. On the left-hand menu, click Apps and websites and remove Ripl.


Once you have completed the steps above on either your mobile app or on your computer, return to Ripl and tap the My posts tab, then select Brand settings. You can then tap Connect next to your Facebook Page or Group. Do you now see the option to select your missing Page? If not, please reach out to our support team at feedback@ripl.com, and we'll continue troubleshooting.
